Download SimplHR and sign in with Google, Apple or your phone number. Enter your business name and country.
Add your work locations
Drop a pin on your shop, office or site and choose how large the area is.
Add your staff
Enter each person's name and phone number. SimplHR creates an employee ID and a PIN for you to send them.
Your team punches in
They install the app, sign in with their ID and PIN, and tap Punch In when they arrive.
It doesn't follow your staff around.
People work better when they feel trusted. SimplHR checks location only at the moments that matter, and keeps the records honest for everyone.

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you pay. You upgrade, change or cancel through your App Store or Google Play account, and nobody is removed if you move to a smaller plan.

Do my staff need an email address?
No. You add them with their name and phone number. They sign in with the employee ID and 6-digit PIN you send them, then choose their own PIN.
Does SimplHR track my staff all day?
No. Location is recorded only at the moment someone punches in or out, or checks in and out at a client. Nothing is tracked between those moments.
Can my staff punch in from home?
You decide. By default, punches made away from your work locations are allowed but flagged for you. You can switch on a setting that blocks them completely.
What if someone gets a new phone or forgets their PIN?
Open their profile in the Team tab and tap Reset PIN or Reset linked phone. They can sign in again straight away.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Each person can use the app in English or Arabic. Dates, numbers and currency follow your business's country.
Does SimplHR run payroll?
No. SimplHR records attendance, leave, expenses and visits. At the end of the month, export the hours to a spreadsheet for your payroll or accountant.
What happens if I move to a smaller plan?
Nobody loses access and no records are deleted. You just can't add more staff or clients until you're within the new plan's limits.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, owners go to More and tap Delete account. Staff go to Me and tap Delete account. Full instructions.
